Symptoms

Customer unable upgrade firmware

Cause

System firmware update fails when using sysfwdownload -u of FW 6.7.3.

Solution

Execute the sysfwdownload without using the  -u option and manually reboot the server. Reference document below " How to Update the Firmware from the OS on T1000/T2000 ".
