       fru_description = FBDIMM 2048 Mbyte
       fru_manufacturer = Micron Technology
       fru_version = FFFFFF
       fru_part_number = 511-1151-01 Rev 05
       fru_serial_number = 002C080903DF3F3E3E
       fault_state = OK
       clear_fault_action = (none)

 /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0/SEEPROM
   Properties:
       type = PROM

 /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0/SERVICE
   Properties:
       type = Indicator
       ipmi_name = /P0/BR1/CH0/D0/S
       value = On <<<---

Cause

Bug:15670052

Solution

From the SP (ALOM/ILOM) toggle a state change (toggling a state change has no effect on a running system):

ALOM

sc> disablecomponent /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0

wait 30 seconds and confirm the change, sc> showcomponent /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0, sc> showfru /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0

sc> enablecomponent /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0

wait 30 seconds and confirm the change, sc> showcomponent /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0, sc> showfru /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0

ILOM

-> set /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0 component_state=disabled

wait 30 seconds and confirm the change, -> show -l all /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0

-> set /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0 component_state=enabled

wait 30 seconds and confirm the change, -> show -l all /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR1/CH0/D0
