SL3000 Library running code FRS_3.00.
SLC version is FRS_6.00.

Symptoms

When trying to connect the Library using SLC, getting error message is "File Download Failed"

Cause

Suspect service getting hung in the library.

Solution

Tried connecting the library with the latest SLC code, but same error.

Tried to connect the library through SSH but as soon as we enter the login credentials, session disappears.

Verified the operator panel and found to be working fine.

Finally Physical reboot of the library fixed the issue.
