While we see these errors regularly in more straightforward examples of hardware issues, the key here is that the PSU & IOU errors occur in very close proximity to one another making it likely that they are related to the same underlying issue.



Cause

 We need to identify a component that could impact both the PSU's and the IOU's in a fashion undetected by FMA (FMA for each error above points to the FRU identified in showlogs output)

 

Solution

Replace the Power/IO backplane.
