Each node in the KMS cluster has been rebooted but the backup application still getting I/O errors at tape mount. SymptomsProblem was the tape drives were not able to communicate with the KMA. ChangesNo changes in environment. CauseTape drives network connections were hung, not communicating with KMA. SolutionEnable Support account on KMA, ssh to KMA and log in with support account. Attempted to ping the tape drives, no response from tape drives. Use VOP to log in into the drives and reset the drive. Test the connection to the drive by pinging them from the KMA.
