Environmental monitor is authorized to shut down your system. WARNING: Fan Fail is 0xfd retries = 3 WARNING: PS Fan Number 1 Failed WARNING Fan Failure(s), System shutdown. CauseAlthough one can assume that the power supply would contain the faulty fan in question, this is not the case. This fault actually involves a fan on the disk fan assembly. The disk fan assembly serves both the disks and the power supplies. SolutionIf a server has experienced a shutdown due to this fault, please open a service request with Oracle Support.
