Cause

Currently running a configuration that is not supported and is known not to work at this time.

Solution

Need to take the Bel cards back to LDI mode until the SL3000 code is released to support ADI mode on Bel cards.

Do the following:

1. Un-enroll the drives either from VOP or from the telnet commands to the Bel card.
2. Change the Bel cards to LDI mode via VOP 2.1 or higher.
3. Re enroll the drives.

Once this was done, the problem should be resolved.
