Symptoms

No Error were logged after getting Message.

"0070 - ROBOT_FLASH_CODE_CORRUPT_ERROR - Fault Code:9138"

Changes

Cause

Messages written to the flash memory sticks on the KLM, containing the system logging files, first have to go through the flash card held on the robot module.

If this module becomes corrupt , as here with the FLASH_CODE_CORRUPT_ERROR, then there is a possibility that the Service logs will be lost or will become non-accessable.

Solution

Replacement of the robot module replaces the flash card and allows log collection to be enabled.
