Cause

An alert for disks in 'poor performance' state should be generated. There are several different reasons a disk may enter this state, the cause may be down-rev firmware or image or some other event.

Solution

A sundiag.sh should be collected and uploaded for review to determine if this is being caused by a software failure or hardware failure, and what the appropriate action plan should be.
