Symptoms

Exachk fails with Error RC-001

RC-001- Unable to read driver files

Changes

exachk installed and running it fails with this error

Cause

The error message "RC-001- Unable to read driver files" indicates that "exachk" was downloaded and installed as the "root" user and then ran as the "oracle" user

Solution

 Please download exachk and install as Oracle and run as Oracle. This should fix the issue.
