For a 'new' installation, the system may log this error prior to boot looping:
CauseThe high density HBA end of the disk tray to HBA cable is plugged in upside down into the Thebe2 HBA and this will cause the HBA to not function properly. Even though this connector is keyed it can be with a little more force inserted upside down. SolutionFor the 7320 and ZS3-2 type installations where the HBA is installed horizontally, install the cables such that the blue pull tabs are on the bottom side of the connector -
For the 7420 and ZS3-4 type installations where the HBA is installed vertically, install the cables such that the blue pull tabs are on the right side of the connector -
