Symptoms

When attempting to access IB ilom via web browser Chrome and Firefox, the pages are only half rendered with the message "View the version of currently installed platform firmware".

But the page can show correctly by IE 10.

And When starting fabric manager, none of the information is populated on any of web browser, including on IE, Chrome and Firefox. The stats remain as 'Loading...'.

Cause

BUI/ILOM is not compatible with mozilla firefox version 6.0

Solution

This issue has been fixed by the firmware 2.1.4 and later version
