Symptoms
SL500 Tape Library takes all four tape drive units off-line and reports a Robotic Arm Error. Tried rebooting from the SLC as well as powering the unit off and initializing the stack after the inventory is complete but still get the Robotic Arm Error when started a backup job.

Cause
Bad cartridge 000411L4 which cause all loading failed for 4 different tape drive in the SL500.
Solution
Remove media ID 000411L4 from the SL500, and no more problem with SL500 robotic arm.
