UPDATE: While running D/H02.17 code and using the ETTFB feature the VSM (VTSS) can encounter FSC3BDA

Cause

There is a microcode fault in earlier levels of microcode that can result in these problems.

Solution

Turn off ETTFB (Early Time To First Byte) until the VSM (VTSS) is running on D02.18.16.00 or H02.18.16.00 code.

These code levels were released August 22, 2014.

The default setting for the ETTFB parameter is no.

If ETTFB is enabled, then the parameter to turn it off is: FASTRECL =  NO
