Symptoms

Error message Presented in Logs:

Persistence Manager error CartridgeManager.addCartridges(StkCartridge[] cartridges), there was a problem while updating database ", exception=Aborting the #EMPTY cartridge into the database at 3,4,6,1,1;

Cause

The error represents a failure from the library to update the Data Base at a given moment. This informational message has been put in to prevent Data Base corruption.

Solution

This Error does not represent any failure by itself. Library should recover and continue to access the Data Base normally.

This is not a serviceable error.
