Symptoms

Customer see on OCP (Operator Control Panel) the error Code B2 03.

Changes

Cause

B2 Communication to robot from Autoloader or Library controller failed.

03 Error motor initialization.

Solution

Update the firmware to the latest version.
Power cycle the device and retry the operation.

If this does not resolve issue, replace SL24/SL48 Chassis.
