Symptoms

 Spray foam can get into the tape drives and take out the read/write head. Also this material can get on the tapes and cause unreadable tapes. It can get into the air and into the tape drives and media.

Cause

  Spray foam can get into the tape drives and take out the r/w head. Also this material can get on the tapes and cause unreadable tapes.

Solution

 Do not allow any customer to use spray foam anywhere near the tape equipment.
