Symptoms

Unreadable cleaning cartridge label on 2 different SL150, after customer add in the new cleaning cartridge.

SL150 show cleaning cart unreadable

Changes

Adding new cleaning cartridges to library.

Cause

The bar code shall be on the Hub side of the cartridge when installed. The human readable characters will be to the top side of the cartridge (opposite the hub). The cleaning cartridge label barcode of this customer is not on the correct side.

Bad cleaning label

Solution

Customer reprinted the barcode according to specification in the barcode document.
