He could not ping the SP even though /SP/network appeared to be set up properly ChangesOn a normal array when a show /SP/network is run on the service processor from the serial console, we find the service processor managementport parameter is set to : CauseSomeone changed the service processor /SP/network managementport parameter to NET0. Upon inspection, the FSE found that both nodes of the cluster had network cables connected to NET0 and the customer was managing the SP from there. SolutionConnect the laptop to the NET0 port on the back of the ZFS appliance.
