Changes

The PCI Flash Card: 7026993 [C] Flash Accelerator F40 400GB Solid State Memory was inadvertently removed.

After removal w/o invoking cfgadm unconfigure -c the Card was reinserted and XSCF> poweroff -yp 0 and then poweron but system no longer recognized card at the Hardware/XSCF level.

Cause

Removal of PCI Card without first removing card from Solaris causes IO Errors and disabling of card.

Solution

Clear Status of CMUU

XSCF> poweroff -yp 0

XSCF> clearstatus /BB#0/CMUU

XSCF> poweron -yp 0

Unnecessary to clear CPU#1.
