In above example notice the event "could not find key dimma", other events may report "could not find key dimmc" and the bad DIMM is located in /SYS/MB/CMP0/BR2/CH1/D0. CauseIn example 1, the root cause is Bug 16738856: Wrong DIMM failed by POST and system fails to poweron In example 2, the root cause is Bug 17593160: Faulty DIMM not disabled and does not allow poweron
SolutionExample 1 is resolved in Firmware 7.4.8 (147307-11: FIRMWARE: SPARC Enterprise T5120+T5220 - Sun System Firmware 7.4.8)
