In this instance, the upgrade from 2013.06.05.0.1 --> 2013.06.05.1.1 , but could occur with other versions. CauseThis document describes one possible cause for this message. There may be other causes. Date based dependencies in upgrade can affect upgrade process. Make sure the system date is correct and not mistakenly set to point back in time. In this instance, the system date had been mistakenly set to some time in 2006! SolutionCorrect the date and retry the upgrade.
