STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mount cartridge which has 9 characters barcode label.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Customer can not use wrong barcode cartridges.
Changes
Customer entered new cartridges to library.
Cause
Library can't mount the problem cartridges, because our library support 8 characters barcode label.
Barcode label decode
Solution
Customer needs to use a supported(8 characters) barcode label.
