Symptoms

You have upgraded OBIEE 11.1.1.6.2 to 11.1.1.7.0. Now, when you click on the New menu, you do not see all of the items. Also the Administration tab and Catalog tab are missing.

Cause

You had turned on Accessibility Mode.

Solution

Turn Off the accessibility mode.

Log into Answers,
Click on My Account.
Click on Preferences tab for the user in question.
Turn off accessibility mode.
Save the changes.
