Symptoms

System doesn't power on or keeps receiving errors at power on regarding CBUS_BTX failures

Cause

Failed Console Bus (CBUS) at specified CPU, in this example all in P0 (CMP0)

Solution

The console bus is used for diagnosis, configuration, and monitoring functions of the Platform. Using the console bus is the only way to access many of the ASIC's status and control registers. A failed CBUS requires that the systemboard to be replaced. Please open a new Service Request to address these failures.
