All 3 IB switches on the fabric are reporting " No Master SubnetManager seen in the system" when running getmaster

SMinfo was reporting the following on the spine switch:

   # sminfo
    ibwarn: [22307] mad_rpc: _do_madrpc failed; dport (Lid 3)
   sminfo: iberror: failed: query

#ibnetdiscover shows "LID 0" for all nodes on the fabric

Administrator accidentally removed the following line from /etc/hosts:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

Edit the /etc/hosts file and add the following to the top of the file if it does not exist already:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
