ERROR: 1 ERROR: Error pinging ASR: <ASR Server> ERROR: <ASR Server> has 162 : CLOSED ERROR: Errors found verifying ASR setup requirements. ERROR: Please disable ASR using the spreadsheet and regenerate the mammoth input params file. ERROR: Use mammoth-config add asr later to configure ASR or ERROR: Please fix the issues and re-run this step.
CauseThis is caused by the ASR Manager host system being down. SolutionCheck the ASR host to see if it is up. This error is resolved when the ASR Manager host is brought back up and ASR is pingable again.
