Symptoms

 1310: "No Operational Hardware Path to Destination - final", sourceAddress=1,3,2,1,2 destinationAddress=1,3,47,2,3 volser=WY0489L4;

Cause

If the components are online, check the drive status (loaded with a different tape or empty) cartridge summary: Cartridge moved to the destination.

Solution

This indicates that this event was recovered after a retry and needs no action to be taken.

Login to the library SL console, observe the components status under Toos>System Details.

In this case: Robot in Rail 3, Drive 1.3.2.1.2 etc
