When attempting to sever the replication connection, the following error message is displayed: zfssa:shares replication source-000 package-008> sever myshare
This action will permanently sever this package and its replicated shares from the source system, making them local projects on this system. Subsequent replication updates in either direction will require defining new actions and sending a full update. Are you sure? (Y/N) error: An unanticipated system error occurred: validation failure This may be due to transient failure, or a software defect. If this problem persists, contact your service provider.
CauseThis is an issue with authentication using Directory Services - NIS, LDAP or Active Directory (and possibly, Identity Mapping).
NOTE: This issue may also be observed due to quota/reservation settings on the target share.
