Symptoms


After the data center lost power several of the Qlogic switches had CPU cards and I/O cards that showed an Oper State of "Pwrdoff" and a Fault Status of "Fault".

Changes

 Power loss in the data center.

Cause



Blade failure caused by datacenter power failure.
 
Power failure in Data Center - 5 blades in 2 switches and 1 CPU card in another switch did not come up after power restored.
 

Solution

The failed blades were replaced.
