Symptoms

Running the bdacheckcluster utility to verify the health of the BDA cluster raises: "failed to connect: Busy"

Cause

This is typically a sporatic and a harmless issue which can be ignored.

Solution

You can ignore the error.  If it persists you can file a Service Request in My Oracle Support to investigate further.
