Symptoms

Failed Initialization During Hand Roll, motor not working.

Service required LED lit on Op Panel.

Error in robotic arm.

Cause

Broken cable (419659601)

Cable damaged because it jammed while robot is being pulled back to be removed from library.

Solution

Care must be taken in install/removal of robotic module as the flat ribbon cable can be damaged.

Should the above symptoms occur, check for cable damage.  If damage is found, the robotic module will need to be replaced as the cable is not a replace-able part.
