Symptoms
The following will appear when admin try to power up the system controller

Sep 9 22:26:01 2013 nus971-sc0 esmd[7750]: [1919 102382311428250415 ERR DetectorV.cc 607] A low voltage or power supply has been detected on 1.5VDC, located on SC1. The voltage detected is 0.01v; should be 1.25v to 1.75v. SC1 is being deconfigured and powered off. Check all hardware for the cause.

Changes
No change have been make to the platform
Cause
The voltage event occurs on the respective system controller onboard power converter fault.
The failure is due to a DC-DC converter failure.
Solution
The solution is to replace the System Controller Board on the failing System Controller.
