Cause

The issue is due to Hardware BUG 15741473 (which will not be fixed). A software workaround was implement under BUG 15778364 and the fix has been delivered in Solaris 11U1. For SPARC T5 systems running  Solaris 10 a backport under bug 18007660 was done to address BUG 15741473, released in Solaris 10 Patch 149638-05.
