When running POST the customer detected the warning messages below.
The customer needs to know the meaning of these messages.

WARNING: Proc SB08/P0 Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SB08/P1 Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SB08/P2 Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SB08/P3 Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .

Symptoms

Within the POST messages you would see:

WARNING: Proc SBxx/Px Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624. Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .

Changes

A system board with a new cpu maskid was introduced into the platform, and an SMS patch was not up to date.

Cause

Bug 15303952 - Remove up-level warnings for USIV+ rev 2.2 processors

Hpost probes the cpu maskid of each cpu on the System Board .
If hpost was not updated with the newer hpost patch, it will show the warning messages as follows:  

 

WARNING: Proc SBxx/Px Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
                         Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SBxx/Px Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
                         Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SBxx/Px Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
                         Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
WARNING: Proc SBxx/Px Mask ID is up-version: Actual: 624.
                         Assuming equivalent to: 422 = US4+_2.2 .
