SymptomsSolaris FMA reporting the following event : ereport.io.usb.epse
This is indicating a stall event has occurred on an endpoint USB device - in this instance against the internal interface used for ethernet over USB (usbecm). CauseThe USB device is not responding correctly. SolutionThe first step is to ensure the system is running at least SysFW 9.0.2.g to address bug 16105196 which is known to trigger this type of event. If the fault persists with the new FW further analysis is required and a Service Request should be opened. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
