The cluster reported it had lost access to the disks. SymptomsWhen the passive node of the windows cluster is rebooted, the active node loses access to disks, they go offline. CauseThe cause is bug 16973127. The comstar driver will clear reservations on any LUN receiving a SCSI reset if the preserve reservation through power cycle bit is not set for that reservation. This lost reservation problem can occur in other configurations, if the conditions of occurrence are met. SolutionPlease upgrade to Appliance Firmware Release 2013.1.4.0 (or later).
