Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

 With Oracle Key Manager 2.4 and above, it was planned that the X4170 platform would be supported for Automated Service Request (ASR).  It has been found that ASR can be activated for OKM, however only ILOM / FMA alerts work as expected.  The telemetry audit event data is not handled correctly.

Cause

 The back-end production ASR server does not process the telemetry audit event data correctly.

Solution

 At this time ASR is not fully functional for the OKM product.  Further enhancements may be made for the OKM 3.0 release.
