Cause

PS0 was poorley seated.

Solution

1) reseat both power supplies

2) If problem is still present, swap slots. IE: move ps0 to ps1 slot and ps1 to ps0 slot

      -If problem follows PS0 to the new slot then replace the PS

      -If the problem remains with slot 0, then the switch will likely need to be replaced.
