CauseThe alert message received in Oracle's "Ops Center Tool" is referencing an O/S (Operating System) boot. This server has the Microsoft Windows O/S installed and since the O/S has gracefully rebooted, SEL (System Event Log) has reported the event "O/S Boot | C: boot completed".
