CauseThis is a known issue with older ILOM firmware. See evidence of false UE errors on system reset in the service processors SEL (System Event Log). Just after CPU initialization the UE errors occurs which happens after a manually initiated reset. The UE error is reported because of the reset and is not the cause of the reset: 68f 10/27/2011 21:05:08 System Boot Initiated Initiated by warm reset Asserted <-User initiated reset

SolutionUpdate iLOM firmware to latest and clear the FMA fault. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/systems/patches/firmware/release-history-jsp-138416.html If a newer firmware is not available, check with Oracle Support to see if a pending release is due or a new release can be made available for you with this bug fix. To clear the FMA fault for the DIMM.
