Changes

 None

Cause

the User ID being used to logon via the gui has got blocked because its exceeded the number of login retries

Solution

i.) ELOM redirect to the the okm console on one of the KMAs and login as Security Officer role.

ii.) At the 12 item menu choose 2.) Set Users Passphrase

At the prompts
"Please enter the userid"
"Please enter the desired passphrase"
"Please re-enter the desired passphrase"

Enter the Security Officers login/password pair

if you do this successfully you see

"User passphrase has been set"
"Press enter to continue"

which takes you back to the menu

iii.) Now see if you can log onto a KMA via the OKM GUI
