Changes

 No changes.

Cause

 Media Retention period expired.

Solution

In Symantec NBU (NetBackup), there is an option to set media retention period which got expired, so the application lost the information about the tape and failed to load that tape in the drive.

Have the customer try loading another tape using SL console to isolate the hardware. Then replace the tape in question or try a different tape through NBU.
