Initialization of the QPIRC was not successfully completed.

Cause

Fault occurred because QPIRC initialization was unable to complete within 10 seconds.

FMA fault is reported in the ILOM

Solution

- Clear the fma fault.

- Reset the ILOM SP Operating System.

- Reset the server.

- Allow the platform to boot normally.
