The customer receives UUIREQ ERROR CC=30 RC=4 while trying to mount an already defined VMVC . Subsequent Audits of the VMVC indicate the VMVC can not be found

Cause

The VLE microcode below 1.3.12 has a problem where the VMVC is removed form the coherence cache table.

Solution

Create an onsite task and have the cse verify in the VLE GUI the VMVC is not there.

If the VMVC does not display in the VLE gui stop the vle services on all nodes and restart them.

This will cause the coherence cache to refresh and the VMVC will be available.
