Receiving the following e-mail alerts and alarms in CAM.

Cause

The e-mail alerts and alarms for the CRITICAL: Manual Data Collection is working as designed. E-mail alerts and CAM alarms will be generated for each automated support bundle generated or run, typically at midnight of each day.

Solution

When a support bundle is generated or manually run, an alert will be generated and the description will indicate "CRITICAL". This is working as designed and will not be changed by engineering. In order to not receive the e-mail alerts, remove the e-mail address in CAM to which alerts are sent.
