Symptoms

Getting following messages "Servo init failure".

Troubleshooting steps taken: Removed the top cover and checked robot movement, it was not moving.

FA log from library reporting:

0221: ThreadId: Servo, Severity: Critical, Class: Servo init failure.

               EventId: Servo Initialization Failure
               Error: C2AE2410, Context: 0404/00000002, 2013-Jun-06, 08:41:16.206,

Cause

Robot assembly failed.

Robot's umbilical cable was damaged.

Solution

If "Servo Initialization Failure" errors repeats frequently, then CSE is required to replace Robot and check Robotic umbilical cable.
