ChangesNo changes per customer. CausePossibly marginal / bad media, drive loading mechanism or drive bezel. A damaged drive bezel can prevent the tape cartridge from loading or unloading properly. A damaged tape can also cause problems with the load/unload process. SolutionRun ITDT test against suspect drive to check the functionality of the drive. Make sure a load/unload test is performed.
