Issue is only effected in windows environments.

 CPU usage on the Status screen of the BUI is reporting high and staying high for long periods of time.

Changes

None on the appliance at the time of the issue. System was running without issue for more than a month.

Windows system administrator made some change to the Windows Group Policy Object settings.

Cause

Customer had made a change to the Windows GPO (Group Policy Object) setting to automatically open the complete directory structure.

Solution

Changing Windows GPO to not automatically open the complete directory structure fixed the problem.
