Symptoms

Port communication with the library went down suddenly.

Port 0,1 lost communication with the library and has been varied offline. If
communication is reestablished, the port will automatically be varied online.

Changes

Library robot issues occurred

Cause

The library controller module was reset due to robot issues.
The library controller may have gone into a hung state during the reset process.

Solution

1. Fix the library issue. ( If library code maintenance was done,
    make sure that library capacity license and active cell count did not change. )

2. Bring down the library.

3. Bring down the associated ACSLS ports and ACSs.
    If there is only one library in the configuration, shut down ACSLS

4. Bring up the library. If RE and/or Dual-TCP library, make sure all TCP ports are
    functional.

5. Check the state of library and ACSLS connection(s) by running testlmutcp for each configured
    library IP address.

6. If all port communication tests are successful, vary online the associated ports and ACSs.
( If ACSLS was shut down, restart ACSLS. )

7. If LSMs fail to go online, there may still be problems with the library.
